With all the old paint gone and all the bodywork nastyness revealed from the blasting, Marty got into addressing all the issues. Turns out it was easier to replace whole panels than try to save the originals. Both quarters were replaced along with the entire floor, toeboards, right subframe, both rear aprons, tail light panel, one outer wheelhouse and the trunk dropoff on one side.

Quarters gotta go. Some surface rust below the quarters. Itll be sanded and primed before the new quarters go on. This outer wheel house will need to go too. |

Floor is all welded in and painted. It's actually black, but some sanding was being done on the body and primer dust makes it look gray. |
